Shipping Policy

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates and Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.
- Delivery Time:
- Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
- Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
- Expedited shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.
- Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order status using the tracking number provided.
- Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently ship only within India.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Exchange Policy
- Eligibility for Exchange:
- We accept exchanges only for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Exchange Process:

- Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photographs of the damaged or defective product.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the product.
- Return Shipping:
- If your exchange request is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or defective product.
- Processing Exchanges:
- Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect.
- If approved, we will process the exchange and send a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
- If the product is not available, we will notify you and provide an alternative solution, such as a refund or store credit.
