Shipping Policy

    • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  2. Shipping Rates and Estimates:
    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • We offer standard and expedited shipping options to meet your needs.
  3. Delivery Time:
    • Delivery times are estimated based on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
    • Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days.
    • Expedited shipping typically takes 2-4 business days.
  4. Order Tracking:
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
    • You can track your order status using the tracking number provided.
  5. Shipping Restrictions:
    • We currently ship only within India.
    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Exchange Policy

  1. Eligibility for Exchange:
    • We accept exchanges only for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
    • To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  2. Exchange Process:

    • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photographs of the damaged or defective product.
    • Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide instructions for returning the product.
  3. Return Shipping:
    • If your exchange request is approved, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
    • You will receive a prepaid shipping label to return the damaged or defective product.
  4. Processing Exchanges:
    • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to confirm the damage or defect.
    • If approved, we will process the exchange and send a replacement product to you at no additional cost.
    • If the product is not available, we will notify you and provide an alternative solution, such as a refund or store credit.
